Downloads system feedback

We have now launched our new download system, which offers a choice of download formats, and doesn't rely on zip files. You can check the progress of your downloads as you browse the site using the download progress popup.

Please use the feedback form below to let us know about any problems, bugs or errors you encounter, describing the issue in as much detail as possible (e.g. the page you were on, the action you had just taken, or the wording of any error message you were shown). If you are experiencing a problem that prevents you from downloading your purchase, please contact our Customer Services team.
